Dmitry Gusev

Biography

Mr Gusev graduated in 1998 from the Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation with a degree in finance and credit. In 2002, he completed post-graduate studies at the Financial Academy, obtaining the degree of Doctoral Candidate of Economic Science. In 2006, he graduated from the National State Tax Academy under the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation with a degree in law. 1997–1998: Assistant at the Tax and Legal Department of Coopers & Lybrand (Moscow).  1998–2001: Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers (Moscow).  In 2001, Mr Gusev accepted a position at the Tax and Legal Department of Deloitte and Touche CIS.  In 2005, he became a partner of Deloitte and Touche CIS and headed the international tax group for Russia and the CIS until 2007.  In 2007, Mr Gusev was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Sovkombank.  Since 2007, he has been a member of the Board of Directors at Sovkombank, heading the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors until June 2011.  From June 2011 to the present, Mr Gusev has served as Chairman of the Management Board of Sovkombank.
