Felix Evtushenkov

Biography

In 2000 graduated from A. S. Griboedov Institute of International Law and Economics with a law degree. In 2013 — graduated from Gubkin Russian State University of oil and gas, specialized in oil and gas enterprises management 1999 — 2000 — Deputy President of CJSC Sistema-Invest and the Managing Director of JSFC Sistema’s industrial department  Ð’ 2000 — 2003 — Deputy CEO and Head of the strategy and Marketing Department of Sistema-Hals. He served as President of Sistema-Hals between 2003 and 2008  In 2008 — 2011 — served as the Vice President of PJSFC Sistema and the Head of the Consumer Assets Business unit  In 2011 — 2012 — First Vice President — the Head of Basic Assets Business unit of JSFC Sistema  2012 to the present  — First Vice President of Sistema.  Mr Evtushenkov has also managed high-tech assets of Sistema since March 2014.  Mr Evtushenkov was elected Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of RTI in June 2015.
