Biography
1980: graduated from the Air Defence Command Academy. 1992: graduated from the Russian Foreign Trade Academy. 1972–1990: military service, various positions in the USSR Armed Forces. 1990–2001: various positions at the USSR Main Department for International Military Cooperation, Rosvooruzhenie State Company (Federal State Unitary Enterprise), Rosoboronexport State Company (Federal State Unitary Enterprise) (promoted to Executive Director, Deputy Director General at Rosvooruzhenie). 2001–2003: Vice President for Corporate Customers Relations at Commercial Bank Severo-Vostochny Alliance (Joint-Stock Company). 2003–2014: Advisor to the Chairman of the Management Board, Vice President, Senior Vice President at OJSC MTS Bank.
