Sergey Boev

Biography

In 1978 graduated from All-Union Correspondence Institute of Law and in 1984 — from Ordzhonikidze Moscow Institute of Management. Doctor of Economic Sciences, Doctor of  Technical Sciences, Professor, Distinguished Economist of the Russian Federation. Winner of a State Prize for Science and Technology in 2012. Member of Presidential Council for Modernization of Economy and Innovative Development of Russia and of Science Board attached to Security Council of the Russian Federation; Co-Chairman of Working Group for Innovations of Round Table of Russian and European Industrialists; Member of Academy of Military Sciences; Head of Faculty of Intelligent Information Radiophysical Systems at Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology. 1971–1999: Worked at JSC Academician A. L. Mints Radiotechnical Institute (RTI); promotion from apprentice mechanic to CEO of the Institute. 2000–2008: CEO of JSC Concern Radiotechnical and Information Systems (Concern RTI Systems). 2008–2011: Vice President, Head of High Technologies and Industry business unit of Joint-Stock Financial Corporation Sistema (Sistema JSFC). From 2011: CEO of RTI JSC. 2012: General Designer of Missile Warning System. In 2016, he was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of RTI and appointed by General Designer of RTI.  Doctor of Economics; Doctor of Engineering Science; Professor, Honorary Economist of Russia.  Chairman of Boards of Directors of the following companies: JSC Academician A. L. Mints Radiotechnical Institute; JSC Distant Radiocommunication Scientific Research Institute. Member of Boards of Trustees of the following organizations: Sistema Charity Foundation, Russian Admirals Club, Suvorov Military School (Tver). Member of Board of Directors at PAO AFK Sistema, AO Almaz Antei Concern, AO Technopark Sarov
