Sergey Shishkin

Biography

In 1992, Mr Shishkin obtained a degree in law (with distinction) at Moscow State University. He completed post-graduate studies in 1996 to become a Doctoral Candidate of Legal Sciences. In 2010, he completed Sistema’s corporate training program, «Principles of effective management of investment projects», which was led by the American Institute of Business and Economics. 1998–2000: Director of the International Institute for Development of a Law-based Economy.  2001–2003: Work at Legal Aid Office No. 9 (Moscow) and as a member of the Moscow Bar Association.  2005–2011: Head of the Property Project Department at Sistema.  2011–2015: Executive Vice President for Corporate Projects at Sistema.  2014–2015: Acting Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Governance at Sistema.  From December 2015 to the present, Mr Shishkin has served as Vice President and Head of Corporate Governance at Sistema.
