Biography

Graduated from M. Torez University of Linguistics (German and English languages). After graduation worked in the German editorial office of the State Television and Radio Broadcasting Committee, Mosrenopack (joint venture) and CJSC Radio Rocks. 1993–2002: Head of International Relations and Foreign Investments Department at State Enterprise Russian Financial Corporation. 2002–2005: Worked at Gosstandart of Russia (RF Standardisation Metrology and Certification Committee) — Head of International Relations; Collegium Member (by Russian Government Order No. 441-R of April 8, 2003. Head of International and Regional Cooperation at Federal Agency on Technical Regulating and Metrology. 2005–2007: Head of International Cooperation at Federal Industry Agency. From November 2007: CEO of Federal State Institution Scientific Research Institute — Federal Research Centre for Project Evaluation and Consulting Services. Member of Expert Council for Development of Innovation Institutions in the Russian Federation (attached to State Duma Committee for Science and High Technologies). Member of the Working Group for Technical Regulation attached to Education and Science Committee of Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation. Member of Presidential Grant Council for State Support to Russian Scientists. Coordinator of Economics and Business Section at Petersburg Dialogue Russian-German Forum. Active Counselor of State of the Russian Federation (3rd class). Candidate of Political Sciences
