Biography
1976 — Graduated from the Lenin Komsomol Red Banner Higher Command School of Radio Electronics for Air Defence (Zhitomir), specializing in Command and Tactical Skills. 1986 — Completed studies at the Marshal Zhukov Red Banner Military Command Academy for Air Defence, specializing in Headquarters Operational and Tactical Skills. 1986 — Graduated from Irkutsk State University, specializing in History. 1996 — Completed studies at the Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. 1972–2000 — Service in the armed forces of the USSR and the Russian Federation. 2000–2001 — Deputy CEO for Defence and Technical Cooperation at the Mints Radiotechnical Institute. 2001–2008 — First Deputy CEO for Defence and Technical Cooperation, First Deputy CEO and Head of Marketing at RTI Systems. 2008–2010 — Director of the Development and Control Department of the High-Tech and Industry business unit of AFK Sistema. 2010–2011 — Deputy General Designer with responsibility for Economics and Cooperation at RTI Systems. 2011–2012 — Executive Director for Radio Engineering and Missile Technology, Deputy General Designer of Prefabricated Radar Stations for Missile Defence at RTI Systems. 2011–2013 — Executive Director of the Defense Solutions Division, Deputy General Designer of RTI. 2013–2017 — Member of the Executive Board and Executive Director of the Defence Solutions Division; Deputy General Designer of RTI and Member of the Executive Board; First Deputy General Designer at RTI; Head of the General Designer’s Service at RTI.
