Biography
In 1999, Mr Plenkin graduated from Tver State Technical University with a degree in economics and enterprise management. 2001–2010: Corporate risk manager at Absolut Bank. From 2010 to the present, Mr Plenkin has served as Vice President and Head of Lending to Public Sector and Government Authorities at VTB Bank.
