Biography
Ms Golygina graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (International Economic Relations Department) in 1993. 1993–1995: Ms Golygina worked at the Customer Relations Department of Dresdner Bank AG (Frankfurt am Main, Germany). 1995–2004: Various positions at VTB Bank, including Director of the Customer Service Department (work with corporate clients). 2004–2011: Senior Vice President of Rosbank, managing relationships with non-bank financial institutions and chemical, trade, and media companies. 2011 to the present: Senior Vice President of VTB Bank, responsible for relationships with large telecom, media and internet companies and specifically with Sistema Group.
