Maxim Basov

Biography

 Maxim Basov is the Chief Executive Officer of the Group and was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from February 2011. Mr. Basov joined the Group in July 2009 as the General Director of LLC Rusagro Group of Companies. From 2006 to 2009 he was the General Director of Metalloinvest Group and was also the General Director of various holding companies of the Group (including OJSC Metalloinvest, OJSC Gasmetal and OJSC CK Metalloinvest). From 2004 to 2006 Mr. Basov served as the first deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors in Interpipe Limited. In addition, since November 2007 he has served as a member of the Board of Directors of OJSC Sosnovskaya HPP. Mr. Basov graduated from New York University (USA) in 1996.
