Biography
Tassos Televantides was elected to the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from November 2011. Mr. Televantides is Chief Executive Officer of Cypro Direct Limited since 2008, more than 20 years was with PricewaterhouseCoopers Cyprus under many responsibilities including Partner in charge of the Limassol office and Deputy Managing Partner. Took directorships in Pharmascience International Limited, a Canadian pharmaceutical group, Frigstad Engineering Limited, a Norwegian oil rig building group, Gazprombank Financial Services Limited, Olivant Investments Limited. Mr. Televantides took business appointments as Member of the Board of ICPAC, Honorary Treasurer of Limassol Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Member of the Human Capital Steering Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers Europe, Chairman of the Projects Committee of the Limassol Bishopric. He is chartered Certified Accountant FCCA.
