Biography
Alexey Barantsev leads the engineering and construction business of RUSAL from the end of May 2012. He is responsible for improving the efficiency of management of repair activities at the Company's plants, managing construction projects, upgrading and introducing new technologies.Alexei Barantsev graduated from the Irkutsk Polytechnic Institute in 1985.
