Biography
Roman Khayev is the Sales Strategy Director of UC RUSAL, since April 2007 he has been the CEO of RTI Limited, a key trading company of UC RUSAL. He is responsible for the development of the company's sales strategy, including the definition of development goals for the expansion of geography and sales segments, pricing policy, as well as for raw materials supply to UC RUSAL production enterprises. Roman Khayev graduated from the Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics, the All-Russian Correspondence Financial and Economic Institute, later received an education in the field of effective management of business assets.
