Pyotr Maksimov heads the RUSAL Directorate of Legal Affairs from July 2012.Peter Maksimov is a specialist in the field of mergers and acquisitions, international investment transactions, and corporate governance. Under his leadership, a number of major assets were acquired and disposed of in Russia and beyond. His work on corporate law issues was published in a number of international legal publications.
