Biography
Maxim Balashov heads the Directorate for Work with Natural Monopolies since October 2012. He is responsible for the formation and implementation of the Company's strategy in the field of energy supply and rail transportation, reducing the cost of acquiring energy resources and transporting goods by rail, improving the efficiency of energy supply and rail transportation. Maxim Balashov graduated from the Power Engineering Faculty of Moscow State Technical University. Bauman and the Accounting and Auditing Department of the Central Interindustry Institute for the Enhancement of Qualifications (CIPPS) in cooperation with the Institute of Economics and Business (INEP).
