Biography
Pavel Ulyanov heads the Energy Division of UC RUSAL since its inception in March 2007. Its task is to create an energy base to ensure the production of aluminum by its own energy, to search for new energy resources and opportunities for the development of this business area. In 1994 he graduated from the State Academy of Management. He is a graduate of the Leadership Training Program (PED) of the International Institute for Management Development (IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland, 2004-2005).
