Biography
Vladislav Soloviev was appointed to the position of RUSAL's General Director in November 2014. He is responsible for the long-term dynamic development of RUSAL by increasing the efficiency of the company's plants, increasing the share of products with high added value, entering new strategic markets and forming alliances with partners to expand the scope of aluminum. Since April 2010, Vladislav Soloviev was the first deputy general director of RUSAL and was responsible for the operational management of the company, increasing the efficiency of its business and improving its financial and operational performance. In 2008-2010, Vladislav Soloviev headed the company En +. From February 2001 to January 2008, he managed the financial management of RUSAL, and in 2000-2001 - the accounting department of the company. In 1998-2000, Vladislav Soloviev served as deputy head of the tax policy and tax legislation improvement department, being an adviser to the Minister for Taxes and Levies. From 1994 to 1998 he worked in various management positions in the company "UNICON / MS Consulting", where he was also responsible for the audit of oil and gas producing companies.
