Positions held in the past 5 years: 2009 – 2010 Chief Executive Officer, JSC Tyumen Energy Retail Company; 2010 – 2012 Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation 2012 – present Vice President, Power Industry and HSE, OJSC Rosneft Oil Company.
