Biography

Member of the Management Board, First Deputy Director General He was born in 1981 in Moscow. In 2002 he graduated with honours from the Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov with a Bachelor's degree in Economics. In 2004 he graduated from the Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov with a Master's degree in Economics. He holds a PhD degree in Economics. He started his career at CJSC "INTER RAO EES". During the period from September 2003 to January 2007 he occupied the positions of a leading specialist at Investment Directorate, Head of Strategy and Investment Division, Investment Director. In May 2008 he was appointed as Deputy Head of Business Unit-- Director for Strategy and Investments of JSC "INTER RAO UES". In July 2008 he was elected to the Management Board of JSC "INTER RAO UES". In August 2008 he was appointed as Head of Strategy and Investments Division. Since February 2009 he has served as Member of the Strategy and Investment Committee of JSC "INTER RAO UES". Since February 2009 he has been Member of the Board of PJSC “RusHydro”. In 2007 he was honoured with a Certificate of Merit of JSC “INTER RAO UES” for achieving excellent results and demonstrating a high level of professionalism. In July 2016 he was entitled with “Honored Dinamovets” by the All-Russia Society of Sports and Physical Training “Dinamo”. He was awarded a second-class medal of the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland" and other honours.
