Sergey Kirov

Biography

Member of the Board, First Deputy Director General. He was born in 1976. In 1998 he graduated from Perm State Agricultural Academy named after Academinican D.N. Pryanishnikov with the degree in “Economics”. In 2004 he completed a training program in Economics and Management at the Regional Interdisciplinary Staff Retraining Center of Perm State Technical University. He has professional experience in the energy sector of more than 17 years. From 1998 to 2003 he worked at JSC “Perm HPP” and successively occupied the number of positions in financial and economic management of the Company. From 2003 to 2004 he held the position of Finance Director of JSC "PermGRESenergoremont". From 2004 to 2005 he was Member of the Board, Finance Director of JSC "Perm HPP". From 2005 to 2006 he was Finance Director of JSC "Kashirskaya GRES-4". From 2006 to 2009 he successively occupied the positions of Finance Director and Member of the Board of JSC “OGK-1". From 2009 to 2010 he worked as Deputy Head of Economy and Investment Programmes at JSC “Inter RAO UES”. In 2010 he joined JSC “RusHydro” and until October 2014 he worked as Director of Economic Affairs; from October 2014 to March 2015 he served as Deputy Director General on Economics, Investment and Procurement at JSC “RusHydro”. On March 16, 2015, S.A. Kirov was elected as Member of the Board by the Board of Directors of PJSC "RusHydro" and currently occupies the position of Member of the Board, First Deputy Director General of PJSC "RusHydro". A. S. Kirov was honoured with Commendation of the President and Minenergo of the Russian Federation and other awards.
