Member of the Board, First Deputy Director General He was born in 1956. In 1985 Markin graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University and received the qualification of a “Journalistâ€. In 2009 he graduated from the Institute of Economics and Culture, the Non-State Educational Establishment of the Higher Professional Education, having obtained the qualification of an “Attorneyâ€. Professional life stages of V.I. Markin until 2007: correspondent, editor, commentator of the Central Soviet Radio Broadcasting of the USSR State Committee for Television and Radio Broadcasting; commentator of the All-Union State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company; producer of the Information Broadcasting Management of OJSC NTV Television Company; executive producer in the Special Regional Projects Service of the Information Programmes Administration in the Federal State Unitary Enterprise “State Television Company ‘Television Channel Russia’â€; first Deputy Chairman of the Press and Information Committee of the Moscow Region, etc. In September 2007, V.I. Markin was appointed as the Head of the Media Relations Department of the Investigative Committee under the Prosecution Service of the Russian Federation. As of 2011, he is the Head of the Media Relations Administration of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation. In the same year, V.I. Markin was given the title of the Major-General of Justice. In October 2016, V.I. Markin was appointed as the First Deputy Director General of PJSC RusHydro.
