Biography
Stanislav Frolov joined the Management Team of Rusmolco in September 2015. For 12 years in agricultural industry he has gained extensive business experience practically in all aspects of running a company including operations, sales and marketing, logistics, land acquisition and finance. Stanislav started his career in Heatland Farms Ltd where he worked his way up to the position of Commercial Director. After Heartland Farms merged with Volga Farming Ltd in 2009 Stanislav became part of the diverse international management team as Deputy General Director to be further appointed as General Director of the operational company in 2011. Stanislav is respected in the community and has a wide professional network in Russian agricultural business. Stanislav is fluent in English. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics (Marketing) from Penza State University and an MBA degree in General Management from Stockholm School of Economics.
