Biography
Sumanta Kumar De has been deputed to the role of General Director / CEO of Rusmolco in 2014 from his prior assignment as a Director of Olam’s Indonesian business, responsible for cocoa sourcing operations in Asia for Olam International. In his current role, Sumanta leads strategic planning, business operations and management of Russian Dairy Company - Rusmolco. He joined Olam in 2005 as a Branch Manager and has steadily risen within the organization, having received several accolades over the years for excellence in execution, leadership, consistency in delivery and best country performance. Sumanta has industry experience of over 15 years and after completion of his MBA and prior to joining Olam, he held positions in business development / brand management with Coca- Cola and Unilever.
