Biography
Yuri Zinkin joined Rusmolco in 2014 as a Chief Engineer of the holding company. In October, 2015 he has been promoted to the position of COO, Dairy. His work experience is rather broad. He started his work at the Serdobsk Engineering Plant as Engineer where, for 10 years, he reached a position of Deputy CEO. In 2010 – 2012, Yuri headed the Serdobsk Administration of the Penza region as a Deputy Head. So, Yuri Zinkin possesses an outstanding experience both in the agricultural sector and in the state authorities. At the moment, Yuri leads a world class dairy team consisting of expatriate technical managers and local experts. Yuri brings to the table his considerable leadership abilities and professional skills required to lead a diverse team. Yuri Zinkin graduated from the Penza Polytechnic Institute in 1987.
