Mr. Alexey Romanovich Kachay serves as Deputy Head of the Strategy Department at Unified Energy System of Russia (now OAO RAO UES of Russia). Mr. Kachay serves as Director for Legal Support to Innovation and Special Projects, FIEP. He serves as Member of Executive Board of Open Joint Stock Company RusNano.
