Andrey Svinarenko

Biography

Mr. Andrey Gennadievich Svinarenko serves as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Infrastructure and Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board at Open Joint Stock Company RusNano. Mr. Svinarenko served as Deputy Executive Chairman from March 2011 to February 2014. He served as a Deputy Minister of Education and Science of the Russian Federation from 2004 to 2007. He worked at the Ministry of the Economy of the Russian Federation in 1991. He served as Executive Vice-President of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs from March 2007 to February 2009. He served as First Deputy Minister of the Economy from 1995 to 2000. He served as First Deputy Minister of Industry, Science and Technology of the Russian Federation from 2000 to 2004. He worked at the USSR Ministry for LivestockMachine-Building from 1974 to 1984. He serves as Deputy Chairman at Closed Joint Stock Company Innovational production Technopark Idea (formerly Innovative Technopark "Idea"). He served as Director of The Open Joint Stock Company "Ilyushin Aviation Complex". Mr. Svinarenko served as a Member of the Supervisory Board at GAZ JSC. He served as a Member of the Supervisory Board of OAO Russian Bank for Small and Medium Business Support. He served as Deputy Executive Chairman, member of the Executive Board of Russian Nanotechnologies Corporation from February 2009 to March 2011. He Graduated from the Plekhanov Institute of the National Economy (Moscow) in 1974.
