1994 Graduated from St. Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE 1994-1999 Worked on audit, advisory, corporate finance and transaction support in various projects at the US office of Ernst & Young. 1999-2004 Senior manager at the Russian office of Ernst & Young. March 2004 Appointed Director of Corporate Accounting and Finance at the Corporate Center of Mobile TeleSystems (MTS). December 2007 Appointed Finance Manager at STS Media. 2011 Appointed CEO of STS Media Holding. Since 2010 Served on the Board of Directors of EvereST-S and CJSC Television Stations Network. Left the company in July 2013. Since November 2013 Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board, Managing Director of OJSC RUSNANO, Member of the RUSNANO Investment Committee. February 2014 Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board, Executive Director of RUSNANO Management Company LLC. Member of the Executive Board of RUSNANO Management Company LLC.
