Denis Manturov

Biography

Mr. Denis Valentinovich Manturov has been the Minister of Trade and Industry of the Russian Federation since 2012. Mr. Manturov served as a Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation from May 2008 to 2012. He was Interim Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation since 2012. He served as Deputy Minister of Energy and Industry of Russian Federation from 2007 to 2008. From 2003 to September 2007, he served as General Director of Joint Stock Company OPK Oboronprom. He served as Commercial Director/cco of M.L. Mil Moscow Helicopter Plant, OJSC from 2000 to 2001. From 1998 to 2000, Mr. Manturov served as the Deputy General Director of Ulan-Ude Aviation Plant. He served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Ulan-Ude Aviation Plant from 1998 to 2000. He has been the Chairman of the Board of Non-Executive Director at Public Joint Stock Company United Aircraft Corporation since 2015. He served as the Chairman of NPO Saturn Joint-Stock Company until October 15, 2012. He served as the Chairman of OJSC Apatit. Mr. Manturov served as Chairman of the Board at MIL Moscow Helicopter Plant, Joint-Stock Company since July 8, 2004. He served as the Chairman of the Board of Open Joint Stock Company Russian Helicopters from 2011 to July 2012. He served as Deputy Chairman of State Investment Corporation (Gosincor) from 2001 to 2003. He has been a Director of Public Joint Stock Company Gazprom since July 5, 2017. He serves as a Director of Open Joint Stock Company RusNano. He has been a Non-Non-Executive Director of Public Joint Stock Company United Aircraft Corporation since July 1, 2015 and previously served as its Director until June 28, 2012. He serves as Member of Supervisory Board at Russian Technologies State Corporation. He served as a Non Executive Director of Open Joint Stock Company Russian Helicopters. Mr. Manturov served as a Director of NPO Saturn Joint-Stock Company until October 15, 2012; Joint Stock Company OPK Oboronprom; MIL Moscow Helicopter Plant, Joint-Stock Company since May 15, 2004; Kazan Helicopters Joint Stock Company and Federal Agency for State Property Management. He is awarded with Order of Friendship, Order of Honour and II class Medal of Merit for the Fatherland. In 2006, he graduated in Law from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. He graduated in Sociology from the Lomonosov Moscow State University in 1994. In 1997, he completed his Post-graduate course at the Moscow State University and he became Candidate of Economic Sciences. Mr. Manturov has obtained his Doctoral Course in Economics at the Moscow Aviation Institute in 2002.
