Biography
Information on vocational education Moscow Mining Institute, 1991, qualification - "system engineer", specialty "automated control systems". Additional education: was trained both in Russia and abroad, has certificates and the like. Information on labor activity Andrei Kelmanson began his career at the institute. As experience gained, he held managerial positions in a number of commercial companies. In the mid-90s he headed IT in one of the directions of the IBS group of companies. In 2001, he was appointed Director of Information Technologies of the YUKOS Oil Company. Since 2002, he joined the Board of Directors of IC Sibintek. Since 2007, he headed the Information Technology Service of OAO Oil and Gas Company RussNeft, joined the Management Board of the company. In 2009, he became Director of Information Technologies of OJSC RUSNANO (GC "Rosnanotech"), joined the extended Management Board. Served as the coordinator of RUSNANO projects in the field of information and communication technologies. Since 2010, he was the Chairman of the Board of Directors of OJSC "Rusnano-Inform". From 2013 to 2016 he was successfully engaged in a number of commercial high-tech projects. In 2016 he was appointed adviser to the Chairman of Vnesheconombank. Since October 2016 - General Director of OOO VEB Engineering.
