Biography
Mr. Sergey Tsikalyuk has been Chairman of Board of Management at VSK Insurance House since December 2005 and Director General since 1996. Mr. Tsikalyuk has been Chairman of the Board of VSK Insurance House since May 2007. Previously, from 1992 to 1996, he served as Chairman of - the VSK Chairman of board of directors. He serves as a Director at Open Joint Stock Company RusNano and Asset Management Company Rusnano. From 1992 to 1993, he took the insurer professional training with the leading insurance companies of Germany. Mr. Tsikalyuk attended Military academy and completed second higher education from the Plekhanov Russian Economic Academy.
