Biography

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Since December 2008 Sergey as a part of the Project Office team was responsible for the organisation of interaction with the federal and regional authorities of the Russian Federation as well as the development of relations with foreign investors and partners. In January 2011 he joined the investment team, which specialises in large-scale direct investment and the subsequent development of companies in the mechanical engineering, metallurgy, metalworking and petrochemical industries. In May 2016 he assumed the position of the Managing Director of the Investment Division at MC RUSNANO LLC and headed the investment team which runs 16 projects in different industries. He is a member of the MC RUSNANO LLC Risk Management Committee and a member of the Audit Committee of ChTPZ JSC. Sergey graduated from the Moscow Aviation Institute (MAI) with a degree in Organisation and Planning of Foreign Economic Activity of an Enterprise. At RUSNANO since 2008
