 1984 Graduated from the Faculty of Applied Mathematics and Economics at the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology. Doctoral Candidate in Physics and Mathematics. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE 1987–1996 Work at the Computing Center of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR (later the Russian Academy of Sciences). 1996–2000 Director of the Moscow representative office of Carana Corporation. 2000–2002 CEO of Carana LLC (successor to the Moscow representative office of Carana Corporation). 2002–2003 Head of the Corporate Strategy department at UES of Russia. 2004 Head of the Department for Electricity Sector Reform at UES of Russia. March 2004 Member of the Executive Board, Head of the Department for Electricity Sector Reform at UES of Russia. 2004–2008 Member of the Executive Board, Head of the Reform Management Center at UES of Russia. 2009 Director for Innovative Development and member of the Executive Board of Nanotechnologies State Corporation. From March 2011 till June 2012 Director for Innovative Development and member of the Executive Board of RUSNANO. From June 2012 till February 2014 Director for Innovative Development and Head of the Analytical Division of OJSC RUSNANO. Member of the Executive Board of OJSC RUSNANO.
