Biography
He is the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Sciences ,Office of the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Sciences .He is a vice person Coordinating Council of Russian Academy of Sciences Forecasting.He is member of commission ofRAN Commission to develop guidelines on the amount of funds provided for in the federal budget for the next fiscal year to fund fundamental and exploratory research, carried out by research organizations and educational institutions of higher education, and the directions of their expenditure.
