Managing Director of the Department of Direct Investments Gazprombank (Joint Stock Company) Alexander Borisovich was born in 1970. In 1996 he graduated from the Russian Economic Academy. Plekhanov specializing in finance and credit. Experience: since 2007 - Managing Director of the Direct Investments Department of Gazprombank (Open Joint-Stock Company). During the last 5 years, Alexander Borisovich held positions in the management bodies of the following companies: from 2012 to present - Member of the Board of Directors of LLC "PENOPLEX SPb"; from 2013 to the present - Member of the Board of Directors of LLC "Russian Fish Industrial Company"; from 2015 to the present - Member of the Board of Directors of OOO GPB-Energoeffekt from 2015 to the present - Member of the Board of Directors of OOO "Magistral of the Northern Capital" (MSS) " from 2015 to the present - Member of the Board of Directors of OJSC "Bionet"; from 2016 to the present - Member of the Board of Directors of JSC "SDS Azot". Currently he is a member of the Audit Committee of PJSC Russian Aquaculture. For the first time he was elected to the Board of Directors of the Company in 2015. The shares of PJSC Russian Aquaculture do not have any share in the share capital of the Company.
