Biography
Financial Director of PJSC Cherkizovo Group Lyudmila Ilinichna was born in 1976, a Russian citizen. In 1998 she graduated from the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation, specializing in finance and credit. Currently he is a member of the Board of Directors of PJSC Russian Aquaculture, Chairman of the Appointments and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of PJSC Russian Aquaculture, a member of the Strategy Committee of PJSC Russian Aquaculture. For the first time she was elected to the Board of Directors of the Company in 2015. The shares of PJSC Russian Aquaculture do not have any share in the share capital of the Company.
