Biography
Ilya joined Russian Standard Vodka in 2007, working first as Chief Operating Officer, then Chief Executive Officer, responsible for strategic planning and daily operations at Russian Standard Vodka in Russia. In 2013 he was appointed CEO of Global Operations, responsible for production at all Roust distilleries across Russia, Poland and Italy. In 2016 Ilya was appointed CEO of Roust Russia, responsible for all aspects of the consolidated Roust business in Russia. A graduate of the Technological Institute of Refrigeration Industry in his native St. Petersburg, Ilya supplemented his education with management courses in Austria, Hungary and the UK.
