Biography
Born on September 24th, 1951 38 years of industry experience In 1979 Oleg Gordeev graduated from Gubkin Russian State Oil and Gas University majoring in Engineering and Operation of Gas and Oil Pipelines, Gasholders and Oil Storage Depots. From 1972 to 1975 – senior technician at the All-Union Oil and Gas Research Institute. From 1975 to 1987 - senior engineer of Glavtransneft under the Ministry of Oil Industry. From 1987 to 1990 – Head of Mugen line transfer dispatcher station of Surgut Oil Pipeline Office. From 1990 to 1992 – Chief Economist of the USSR Oil and Gas Ministry, later - Head of Glavtransneft Procurement Service of the Ministry of Oil Industry. From 1992 to 2000 worked at AK Transneft, where he grew from head of the section to Vice President of the state-run company. In 2000-2001 – General Director of the Central Dispatcher Board of the Fuel and Energy Complex, a state-run enterprise under the Ministry of Fuel and Energy. From 2001 to 2004 – Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation. From 2004 to 2006 – Deputy Director of Federal Energy Agency. In April 2006 was appointed Vice President of OAO NK RussNeft. Supervised the commercial block and sales strategy of the Company. From 2010 to 2015 - Senior Vice President for Commerce of OAO NK RussNeft. Between February 2015 and November 2016 served as the President of the Company. On the 8th of November 2016 was appointed the First Vice President of PJSC “RussNeftâ€.
