Biography

Born on November 02, 1962. In 1985 graduated from Moscow Institute of Railroad Engineers 1987-1991 – service at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation 1991-2009 –worl at managing positions od large-scale commercial structures, including oil and gas companies, financial institutions, supervising legal issues and commercial security matters. In January 2010 was appointed at the position of Vice-President for Security of OAO NK “RussNeft”
