Biography

1992 — graduated from the Moscow Aviation Institute named after Ordzhonikidze, specializing in radio engineering; 1996 — graduated from the State University named after Maimonides with a degree in Applied Mathematics. From 1994 to 2007 — Senior Consultant of the appraisal department, project director and director of business development of PAKK company. From 2007 to 2008 — Director of the Strategic Planning Department of RENOVA-StroyGroup CJSC. From 2008 to 2012 — Deputy Head of the State Committee of the Russian Federation for Youth Affairs, Deputy Head of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs. In accordance with Decree of the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation of June 18, 2012 No. 1011-p, was appointed Deputy Minister of Education and Science of the Russian Federation. In December 2016 — appointed to the position of General Director of RVC: — A member of the working group of the Commission under the President of the Russian Federation to monitor the achievement of the target indicators of the social and economic development of the Russian Federation. — A member of the interdepartmental commission for monitoring the effectiveness of educational institutions of higher education. — A member of the interdepartmental working group on the implementation of pilot engineering and technical universities in the establishment of engineering centres and companies. — A member of the Board of Trustees of the Federal Fund for Social and Economic Support of National Cinematography. — A member of the interdepartmental working group on the development of the National Technological Initiative. — Head of the working group of the Subcommittee on Digital Economy of the Government Commission on the Use of Information Technologies for Improving the Quality of Life and Conditions for Conducting Business in the Direction «Formation of Research Competences and Technological Sites».
