Biography
In 2006, he graduated with honors from the Faculty of Economics of M. V. Lomonosov Moscow State University. From 2006 to 2012 he held various posts in commercial organizations specializing in securities trading and investment banking business. Since 2012 he has been working at the Federal Agency for Public Property Management Currently he holds the post of the Head of the Department of Property Relations and Privatization of Large Enterprises.
