Biography

 He was born in Leningrad in 1977. In 1999 he graduated with honors from the Law Faculty of the St. Petersburg State University. From 2004 to 2005 — Advisor to the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation. Since 2005 — Head of the Chairman’s Secretariat of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation. From 2006 to 2010 — Court administrator of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation. In December 2010 he was appointed Chief Legal Officer of Skolkovo Foundation. Since November 2011 — vice president, chief legal officer. Since September 2012 — Senior Legal and Administrative Vice President. On June 14, 2016 he was elected the chairman of the Board of the Skolkovo Foundation. Member of the Intellectual Property Council under the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. Member of the Expert Council under the Government of the Russian Federation. Active State Councillor of Justice of the Russian Federation, 3 class. Candidate of Legal Sciences, Assistant Professor of the Civil Law Department at the Law Faculty, St. Petersburg State University. He has written more than 30 scientific publications on civil law issues. He has federal and departmental awards, acknowledgements from the President of the Russian Federation.
