 Education In 1984, graduated from the Moscow State Institute of Physics and Technology. Ph.D. in physics and mathematics Professional experience In 1996–2000 worked as the Director of the Moscow representative office of Carana Corporation. In 2000–2002 — General Director of Carana LLC In 2002–2003 — Head of the Corporate Strategy Department of RAO UES of Russia OJSC. In 2003–2004 — Head of the Power Economy Restructuring Department of RAO UES of Russia OJSC. From 2004 — member of the Management Board, Head of the Power Economy Restructuring Department of RAO UES of Russia OJSC. In 2004–2008 — member of the Management Board, Head of the Restructuring Management Center of RAO UES of Russia OJSC. From January 13 2009 — member of the Management Board, Director of Innovation Development of Rosnanotech SC. From March 2011 — Director of Innovation Development, member of the Management Board of ROSNANI OJSC. From June 2012 — Head of the Analytic division of ROSNANO OJSC, member of the Management Board of the Infrastructure and Educational Programs Fund. From May 2013 — Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of ROSNANO OJSC, Head of the Investment Division - Venture Capital.
