Colleen Speer

Biography

As head of the SAP Cloud Platform business in North America, Colleen Speer is responsible for developing and driving the region’s Platform as a Service (PaaS) go-to-market and pipeline generation strategies. She leads a team of experts focused on innovating and deploying agile, mobile-ready cloud apps, and with her extensive technical knowledge, Colleen directs enablement programs that help U.S. and Canada customers understand the SAP Cloud Platform as a catalyst for business transformation. Since joining SAP in 1996, Colleen has held several strategic customer-facing roles in business and IT-centric organizations. As vice president of SAP Active Global Support (AGS) for North America, she oversaw the delivery of SAP Max Attention, SAP Mission Critical Support, and SAP Enterprise Support programs, and successfully transformed the organization from a reactive to a proactive customer transformation support center. As vice president of Mission Critical Support, she set the standard for innovation and collaboration to move stalled complex customer projects to deployment with effective, efficient action plans. Through a collective of SAP Service and Support consultancy roles in application and technology areas, Colleen was a trusted business advisor and technical expert on enterprise-wide customer implementations in a variety of industries. Prior to joining SAP, Colleen worked as a business analyst in the fast-paced retail industry building the bridge between business problems and technology solutions, analyzing business processes, and working with development teams to build the required software solutions. A graduate of Gettysburg College in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, Colleen holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and organizational dynamics. She is a passionate advocate for women in leadership and actively mentor’s colleagues internal and external to SAP.
