Dean Germeyer

Biography

Dean Germeyer is head of Services Sales for SAP North America. Leading a team of eight Services regional general managers, and aligning with Licenses sales leaders, he is responsible for the organization’s go-to-market activities across the region, and driving Services revenue. Dean focuses on establishing end-to-end customer engagement models that optimize the value and potential of SAP solutions, and leverage strategic partnerships. Prior to this post, Dean was the chief operating officer for North America Services, overseeing the consistent execution of sales and go-to-market initiatives that supported the organization’s regional success. Throughout his12-year career with SAP in the United States, he has held a number of senior leadership roles including general manager for Services Sales, East region; and vice president, Consulting Sales for the West. As national vice president for Consulting Sales, Dean was responsible for the business relationships with SAP’s top 100 accounts in North America. Before joining SAP, Dean served in a number of general management, sales, and consulting leadership roles in the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Japan, within the software industry. Dean holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and psychology from Carnegie Mellon University, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
