Biography
As head of Financial Services Industries, Mark Palomba is responsible for the strategy, sales, and financial performance of the business, as well as the satisfaction of SAP’s financial services customers throughout the United States. Joining SAP in 2015as the chief operating officer for the East, Mark oversaw the development and execution of the region’s go-to-market strategy, and managed sales, pre-sales, and overall operations. He brought to the role more than 25 years of experience at small, medium and large technology industry enterprises, leading global teams in sales, services, development, and operations. Prior to SAP, Mark held senior executive positions at General Dynamics, Critical Path, Vastera, Baan, and IBM. Mark is a graduate of Union College in Schenectady, NY with a bachelor of science in economics and computer science, and a master of science in computer science.
