Biography

1981 - graduated from the Moscow Architectural Institute with a degree in architecture, specialization in "Urban Development" Since 1981 - working at the Department of Architecture of the Saratov Technical University (Polytechnic Institute). 1992 - graduated from the Moscow Architectural Institute. Scientific theme "Evolution of the structuring of urban areas and mechanisms for managing its development". During his postgraduate studies (1988-1991) he works at the Research Institute "Urban Planning Institute" and takes part in drafting the Law "On Architectural Activity in the Russian Federation", Moscow (1991-1992). 1992-1997 - assistant, senior lecturer at the Department of Architecture of the Saratov Technical University (Polytechnic Institute). 1997-2004 - chief architect of the projects of the project institute "Saratovgrazhdanproekt". 2004-2014 - Director of the project organization LLC "Project". Since 2005 - combines teaching activities, as an assistant professor at the "Architecture" department of the SSTU with project practice. Since 2015 - the chief architect of projects LLC "Project".
