Biography

1972 - graduated from the Faculty of Electronic Engineering and Instrumentation of the Saratov Polytechnic Institute, specializing in "Gyroscopic devices and devices". Since 1972 he worked as an engineer, assistant and assistant professor of the Instrument-Making Department. 1980 - defended his thesis at the Moscow Aviation Institute. 2013 - defended his doctoral dissertation in Saratov State Technical University, specialty 05.13.01.
