Biography
He graduated from the Department of Radiophysics and Electronics of the Physics Department of the Saratov State University named after N.G. Chernyshevsky (Department of Electronics). 1977 - distributed to the department "Theoretical Foundations of Electrical Engineering" (now - "Electrical Engineering and Electronics" ) of the Saratov Polytechnic Institute. Since 1981 he has been working in the Saratov branch of the IRE RAS. 1991 - defended his thesis. 2006 - defended his thesis for the degree of Doctor of Engineering in specialty 05.27.01 - Solid-state electronics, radio-electronic components, micro- and nanoelectronics, devices for quantum effects.
