1980 - graduated from the Faculty of Physics of SSU. N.G. Chernyshevsky on the specialty "Radiophysics and Electronics." 1980-1983 - studied at the graduate school of SSU. N.G. Chernyshevsky. 1983 - awarded the degree of candidate of physical and mathematical sciences on the specialty 01.04.03 - "Radiophysics". 1990 - awarded the academic title of the Scientific Secretary of the USSR Academy of Sciences. 1984-1993 Researcher of the Siberian Branch of the IRE RAS. 1999 - Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences degree in Radio Physics. 2009 - awarded the academic title of professor. 1993-2010 - Professor of the SSU named after N.G.
