Biography
1994 - graduated from the Faculty of Physics, Saratov State University named after N.G. Chernyshevsky in the specialty "Physics". Since September 1994 he has been working as an assistant to the Department of General Physics. Combines work in SSTU with work in the Lyceum of Applied Sciences. Among his students there are prize-winners and winners of the city and regional Olympiads in physics. In 2010 he defended his thesis for the degree of candidate of technical sciences in specialty 05.27.01 - " Solid State Electronics, Radioelectronic Components, Micro- and Nanoelectronics, Instruments for Quantum Effects." Since February 2011 he worked as an assistant professor of the department "General Physics", and since September 2011 after reorganizing the department he works as an assistant professor of the department "Physics". Combines work in SSTU with work in the Lyceum of Applied Sciences.
